Recently, they reached an exciting milestone: over 50% of their code is now written by coding agents like Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex, and Amp.

This means that the founders roles have evolved. Instead of spending most of their time writing code themselves, they now primarily plan, review, and orchestrate the efforts of these AI agents.

Previously, the bottleneck to shipping was the speed of writing code. Today, it’s how quickly we humans can effectively plan, review and keep on top of the work produced by AI. Time spent watching coding agents working is time wasted.
