“There’s a new AI agent/chatbot launching every day. Why does the world need another one?”

1. It’s 100% true that anyone can upload their lab results to ChatGPT or another LLM interface and have a passable conversation about them. Based on their real-world experience with the SiPhox user-base, having a single health dashboard where all of your health data lives makes all the difference. It’s the same reason Cursor is more useful for coding than ChatGPT… the assistant in the IDE and has all the necessary context to collaborate with the user. This is something they wanted to experiment with (and they are looking to get as much feedback as possible on the UI).
2. ChatGPT and other chatbots do great on generic medical exams but just like a typical primary care physician, they are less trained to handle health optimization and advanced bloodwork. Selecting “deep research” gives better results, but the output still requires an expert to confirm.
3. SiPhox customized Sai using years of experience repeatedly testing, and coaching tens of thousands of users. This kind of dataset of frequent, comprehensive testing and coaching doesn’t exist publicly (or privately, as far as they know) for LLMs to train on.
4. They are not an AI company building in a vacuum; they are a hardware and clinical product company building, integrating AI to serve the needs of active users who partner with them every day to improve their health.
