Persana AI launched on Y Combinator’s "Launch YC" last week.

Persana AI is an AI sales copilot that easily surfaces unique lead insights and generates personalized outbound in your company's voice. Boosting sales productivity with data-driven lead prioritization and lightning fast email generation.

Founded by Sriya Maram & Rush Shahani, they met while working at LinkedIn on the customer data platform and search teams, respectively. Rush has 4+ years of experience in NLP/gen-AI, while Sriya has been working in CDP/AI for businesses. They created Persana AI after realizing the limitations of generic AI models for business use-cases, based on their experience with a previously launched successful AI product.

HOW IT WORKS

Persana AI enables sales teams to take advantage of ripe opportunities by quickly generating hyper-personalized outbound messages in the company's voice. For instance, when a lead visits the company website or secures funding, Persana AI can alert the sales team and generate an email that can be sent immediately.

The startup's proprietary engine combines historical email campaign data, CRM and internal data, and publicly available data points to create a finely tuned model for the team.
