Founded by Tom Zheng & Eric Mao

Tom (UCSD) & Eric (UPenn M&T) are both ambitious freshmen who met in elementary school. They previously founded a nonprofit and won Canada’s largest data science & physics competitions.They’ve also sailed over 300 nautical miles over 10 days, canoed 100km over 6 days, walked around Toronto hanging up posters for their first business for two weeks straight, and traveled to Sri Lanka on a three-day notice to present at a conference together.

❌ The Problem: Keywords, Filters, Data

Finding the right people is broken. Current methods of people search are made up of endless filter menus, incomplete data sets, and keyword search. It takes tremendous effort and time to find people for sales and hiring, as current search methods rely on fuzzy filters in limited datasets.

Clado uses agentic search to find exactly who you're looking for. Just describe the qualities you want, and they will deploy hundreds of thousands of agents to find them.

These example searches are time-consuming to execute with standard filtering tools and elude traditional keyword filters.

After internally benchmarking their people search engine against other platforms, their model achieves SOTA performance.

What good is finding the right person if you can’t easily contact them? They are also able to achieve SOTA performance on contact delivery information retrieval given any Linkedin URL (provided for every result in their search).
